Simmons First Announces Salina Community Executive Simmons First National Bank recently announced the addition of Chris Yohe as Salina Community Executive according to Patrick J. Anderson, Kansas Chairman for Simmons First National Bank. Yohe holds a Bachelor of Business Admin- istration degree in Finance from Fort Hays State University in Kansas. He has worked in the financial services industry in Kansas for more than 13 years serving as a Commercial Underwriter, Credit Analyst, Commercial Loan Officer and Special Asset Officer. Anderson commented, “We are extremely fortunate and delighted to have Mr. Yohe join- ing our senior management team. Centera Bank Announces Changes at the Sublette Bank Michael Stevens, CEO and Chairman of Centera Bank, announced that Charles Myers, Presi- dent, has stepped down from that position as of the end of 2011. Myers will continue with the bank at their corporate office located on Highway 56, Sublette. Myers has been with the bank 24 years and has 40 total years in bank- ing. He will continue to serve as a director of Centera Bank. Michael Cearley was elected President of the Sublette Bank effective January 1, 2012. Cearley is a 1982 Sublette High School graduate and graduated fromKansas StateUniversity in 1986. He has beenwith Centera Bank for 25 years and serves as a director of the bank as well. In addition, Jay Meyer was elected Execu- tive Vice President effective January 1, 2012. Meyer has been with the bank for 20 years. In other promotions, Kayre Watson was elected Administrative Assistant and has trans- ferred to the corporate office. Kayre has been a loan secretary with Centera Bank since 1996. Also, Lucas Zieglar was elected Loan Of- ficer. Ziegler began working at Centera Bank in 2009. and Marketing Committee for the Boy Scouts of America Triconda District and AMBUCS. Cuy Mauck has been named Executive Vice President, Director of Commercial Lending, and Alison Dowell has been hired as Credit Analyst. A graduate of Wichita State University and the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin, Mauck brings more than 20 years of banking experience to his new position at Rose Hill Bank. He most recently served as West WichitaMarket President at Equity Bank. In his new job, Mauck will be responsible for developing Rose Hill Bank’s commercial loan portfolio. AssistingMauck and Rose Hill Bank’s other lending officers will be Alison Dowell. As Credit Analyst, Dowell will oversee the underwriting and approval process for commercial loans. A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Business Administration, Dowell also spent the last several years at Equity Bank. Commercial lending represents a new area of emphasis for Rose Hill Bank, whose product- and-service offerings have traditionally focused on the consumer or “retail” side. “Our objective is to expand our role as a resource for commercial as well as retail customers and to diversify our loan portfolio.”
