Jeff helped show the path to success by explaining, in humorous detail, how to interact with co-workers in a selfish, rude and distrustful manner. By showing the group what not to do, he motivated lenders to exercise proper communication and develop personal leadership techniques. 10 Record Attendance at the 2012 Kansas AG Bankers Conference The 2012 Kansas Ag Bankers Conference, held on March 14th and 15th, was extremely well attended with a record number of 190 agricultural bankers. The KSU Alumni Center once again provided a comfortable and familiar venue that has kept ag lenders coming back for more. 12 BLOK 2012 Session II The 2012 BLOK class held its second session in Kansas City March 27-29, 2012. The Bank Leaders of Kansas is designed to prepare bankers to play a greater role in the KBA as well as lead the Kansas banking industry in the future. 10 11 12 13 14 Leadership Development and Beyond 2012 Tri-State Conference Leadership and Human Resources management are critical components of any bank’s success.
