Following the full day of networking with many Kansas bankers, they were joined by BLOK alumni for a presentation encouraging them to take the leadership challenge by Earl McVicker, former ABA/ KBAChairman of the Board, COB/President, Central Bank & Trust, Co., Hutchinson. McVicker shared some qualities that he believes to be the keys to leadership. Integrity and vision topped the list, along with the quality of persistence and value of introspect.
