PICTURING KANSAS PHOTO CONTEST Austin Boehm, Daughter of Cassandra Boehm, Citizens State Bank, Paola, snapped a picture of this historical bell located on the campus of Baker University. The bell, purchased through small donations from students and others in 1883, was known as the “10 O’clock Bell” and was originally rung to signal curfew which was at 10:00 p.m. It was also rung for victories in various contests. “10 O’clock Bell” How do you picture Kansas?
