Doug has served as Senior Vice President of Government Relations since joining the KBA staff in 2004. Doug will continue to provide oversight for strategy and implementa- tion of KBA’s legislative initiatives, but has assumed a broader leadership role with KBA’s Administrative Division. He will also continue to provide oversight for BankPac, KBA’s Ag Bankers Division and the Bank Leaders of Kansas (BLOK) Program. Doug was also recently elected by his peers to the position of President-Elect for the Kansas Society of Associa- tion Executives (KSAE). KSAE’s primary charge is to advance the role of Kansas associations through collaboration, educa- tion and advocacy. Congratulations Doug! Becky Milne , a 16-year veteran with the KBA, has been promoted to Vice President-Educational Resources ef- fective April 1, 2014. Becky was hired in 1998 to coordinate the AIB program through existing chapters operating in the State. Over the course of the past 16 years, Becky has taken on more responsibility with KBA’s workshops, seminars and conferences, and contin- ues to work with our AIB instructor-led and correspondence study courses. Becky’s travels throughout the State of Kansas have afforded her the opportunity to meet countless bankers by serving as the face of the KBA at various educational programs. Congratulations Becky. John Clarke has been named President of Bank of Hays at the annual Organizational Meeting held March 24, according to Randy Walker, Chief Executive Officer of the bank. Clarke has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with the Bank. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Bank of Hays. Bobbi Jo Dixon - Citizens Bank of Kansas, Wichita is pleased to announce that Bobbi Jo Dixon has joined the Bank as Compliance Officer. Dixon has over ten years of experience in banking, mortgage lending, and oper- ations. She has also received multiple awards for Leadership and Develop- ment during her career. Curtis Goebel has been named Branch President of Hanston State Bank, a branch of Bank of Hays, at the annual Organiza- tional Meeting held on March 24, according to Randy Walker, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Goebel previously served as Vice President and has been with the bank for over six years. Tracy Frickey - The Bank of Hays announced the appointment of Tracy Frickey to its Board of Directors. Frickey is an owner and executive vice president of the Sizewise Family of Com- panies, with headquarter locations in Ellis and Hays, Kan., and Kansas City, Mo. Ola Truelove joins Metcalf Bank as Vice President, Cash Management. Truelove previously held numerous positions in business banking, including vice president of treasury management and lockbox site manager, adding to her 30 years of industry experience. Briefly...
