He is active in Young Bank Officers of Kansas and in his community, currently serving as President of the De Soto Chamber of Commerce. Matt earned a degree in exercise science from Wichita State University and earned a computer hardware specialist designation at Hutchinson Community College. Matt will attend the 2014 session of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin- Madison in August. KBA/NBA Schools of Banking AMY DRAZNIN Citizens Bank of Kansas, Winfield Amy is a loan officer specializing in ag and mortgage loans, and will soon be a licensed crop insurance agent. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Science from Western Illinois University in 2010 and is a graduate of the 2014 School of Banking Fundamentals, where she earned her scholarship based on class involvement, demonstrated leadership abilities, final examination scores and scholarship interest. Amy will receive a $350 discount off of the fees for each year of attendance at the two-year Advanced School of Banking. Prochnow Educational Foundation State School Scholarship TRACI SCHNEIDER First Kansas Bank, Hoisington Traci is Senior Vice President, Cashier and Board Secretary of First Kanas Bank in Hoisington. She joined the bank in 2003 after graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance. Traci is also a graduate of the KBA/NB School of Banking Fundamentals, School of Lending Principles, Operations School, and Advanced School of Banking. Traci is active in her community and will attend the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in August 2014. Scholarship recipients to the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison each receive $1,300 per year for each year of attendance at the school.
