He began his career in the banking industry as Assistant Vice President and Ag Representative at Peoples Bank & Trust in McPherson in 1964. Following a promotion to Vice President in 1967 he accepted a position at Commercial National Bank in Kansas City as a Correspondent Banking Officer. In 1972 Jim made his final move to Denison State Bank in Holton as VP, Cashier and Director. In 1977 he was named President & Director and in 2004 he earned the title of CEO & Director. He has held the title of Chairman of the Board since 2013. Jim grew up on a family farm in Burlington, KS, and graduated from Kansas State University with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in ag economics. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Madison. He is very active in his community serving as an officer for both the local rotary club and the Holton Area Chamber of Commerce. He served for 7 years on the school board, and is very active in his church, serving as the Pastor Parish Chairman. Jim also served on the KSU Board of Trustees. Jim noted that a highlight of his career has been getting well acquainted with local bank customers and feeling the satisfaction of watching them grow and succeed. Dale Bradley Dale Bradley graduated from Ford High School in 1955. He attended Hutchinson Community College where he graduated in 1957 and then went on to Kansas Wesleyan University where he graduated in 1959. Dale worked as a teacher and coach for several years before joining Citizens State Bank in Miltonvale on a part-time basis in 1964. He began his full time career in June of 1965, working for his in-laws, James R. and El Dana S. Ayers. Dale was named Chairman/CEO of the Citizens State Bank in 1992. He has been very active in the banking industry serving as KBA Board President in 1998 and also serving on numerous committees prior to going through the chairs. He currently serves on the Federal Affairs Committee for the KBA. He also served on the boards for Bankers’ Bank of Kansas, Kansas Bankers Surety Company of Topeka, and the District Council for Bank Administration Institute. Dale has also been active on the PAC Committee for the Independent Bankers Association of America serving two terms on the executive committee. He also served as the Secretary for the ICBA. Dale has a strong community service history serving the Board of Trustees for Kansas Wesleyan University including chairman of the board. He is currently serving on the Foundation Board for Kansas Wesleyan University. He is Past Chairman of Homecare/Hospice of Manhattan, Vice President of the Sunset Zoo Trust of Manhattan and a member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. He was also a member and past chairman of both Miltonvale Lions Club and Chamber of Commerce. J.D. Hager, Jr. J.D. Hager, Jr., began his banking career in 1964 when he was hired as a teller at the St. John National Bank. In 1965 he was promoted to Assistant Cashier and just a year later he was named Cashier. J.D. joined the Board of Directors in 1969 and 50 YEAR CLUB
