Ryan received his undergraduate degree in business from Fort Hays University and a masters of business administration degree from Friends University. He is currently president of his local United Way Board, vice president of the Kiwanis Club and active in the Chamber of Commerce and Big Brothers, Big Sisters program. Prochnow Educational Foundation Scholarship SUSAN K. GLASSMAN Farmers State Bank of Oakley Susan has been employed by the bank since 1986 and is currently vice president/cashier in charge of operations. She supervises the bookkeeping and teller departments and assists with compliance, human resources, and information technology. Susan is a graduate of the 2011 Logan County Leadership Program and is involved in many community activities including the Chamber, Recreation Commission, 4-H livestock sale, and the local high school as a business consultant. Prochnow Educational Foundation Scholarship ADAM K. LACKEY Bank of Tescott, Lindsborg Adam started working part time for the Bank of Tescott and was hired full time after graduating from Baker University with a degree in mathematics, secondary education and physics. Now serving as assistant vice president, he serves on the bank’s IT and ALM committees. Outside of banking, Adam tutors area students in math and coaches wrestling at the local middle and high schools. He is also involved in a local charity melodrama and serves on a community festival board. State School Scholarship STEPHEN (HOMER) GREEN Citizens Bank of Kansas, Winfield Homer has been with Citizens Bank of Kansas since 2011 and is currently serving as cashier/operations officer. He graduated from Wichita State University with a degree in economics and completed his master’s degree in economics in 2014. In addition to the Advanced School of Banking, Homer has completed several Schools of Banking programs including the School of Banking Fundamentals and Principles of Commercial Lending School. GSB Human Resource Management School Scholarship JENNY LOCANTHI Community First National Bank, Manhattan Jenny currently serves as assistant vice president and HR manager at Community First National Bank, where she is responsible for recruitment and retention, benefits administration, payroll, talent management and employment law compliance. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resource Management Network, Kansas Council of SHRM, and Junior League of the Flint Hills. Jenny will receive $925 off the tuition of the week-long school. Scholarship recipients to the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison each receive $1,300 per year for each year of attendance at the school.
