The Bank’s Shareholders elected Mike Maloney of Kingman and Jeff Breault of Wichita as new directors. Maloney, a graduate of KU and KSU, works on the family farming operation. Breault, who also attended KSU, is Vice President in the stock brokerage firm of Carey, Thomas, Hoover & Breault. Maloney and Breault replace two long-time directors who recently retired from the board – George Burket and Pat Maloney. Mike Maloney is the son of Pat Maloney. In addition, the CBK Board of Directors announced the election of Chris Macias as the new Branch President in Winfield. Chris Macias joined CBK in 2014, and has 15 years of banking experience. He is a Wellington, Kansas, native and a graduate of Southwestern College. Chris also holds an MBA from Baker University. He serves as an advisor for Youth Entrepreneurs of Kansas in addition to other community activities.
