Your Presenter Loretta Summers, SPHR , is president of Summers Adviso- ry Group, Inc., a firm specializing in human resources training and consulting. Her expertise in this area has allowed her to pool together a number of resources for those pursuing a career in human resources or for manag- ers wanting to increase the skills and capability of their employees and teams.
