Lisa Kelley has been promoted to Senior Vice President/Director of Consumer Lending, and Stephanie Almanza has been named Corporate Services Officer. The announcement was made by Rose Hill Bank President and CEO Roger Kepley. As Senior Vice President/ Director of Consumer Lending, Lisa Kelley will manage Rose Hill Bank’s consumer loan portfolio as well as oversee its staff of consumer loan officers. Ms. Kelley joined Rose Hill Bank in 2013 as VP/Loan Officer and Branch Manager of the 13th & Webb Road location. She had previously held similar positions at a local credit union and another Wichita-area bank. She will continue to office at Rose Hill Bank’s east branch. Stephanie Almanza joined Rose Hill Bank in 2012 as Commercial Relationship Specialist after more than 15 years at other financial institutions in the Wichita and Kansas City markets. In her new post as Corporate Services Officer, Ms. Almanza will assume a greater role in supervising Rose Hill Bank’s treasury management services and in providing other products and services tailored to the bank’s growing roster of business customers. Her office is at the bank’s West Wichita branch, Ridge Road at 33rd Street North. Briefly... In Kansas Banking Rose Hill Bank Announces Staff Promotions Bankers’ Bank of Kansas Adds New Board Members, and Promotes Officers Bankers’ Bank of Kansas elected three new members to serve three year terms for the Kansas bank-owned organization. Robert Beymer, Chairman/CFO/Senior Trust Officer, The Kearny County Bank, Lakin; Mark Emley, President/CEO, Merit Bank, Overland Park; Michael Scheopner, President/ CEO, Landmark National Bank, Manhattan. Four members were re-elected. Brad Oakes, President/CEO, FirstOak Bank; Patrick Walden, President/CEO, Garden Plain State Bank; Calvin Coady, President/CEO, Bankers’ Bank of Kansas and Bruce Schriefer. Jeannette Richardson, Vice Chairman, Prairie Bank of Kansas, Hutchinson, was elected BBOK’s Chairman of the Board and Barry Linnens, Chairman/President, Cottonwood Valley Bank, Cedar Point was named Vice Chairman of the Board. Two employees of Bankers’ Bank of Kansas were promoted to officers: Karen Schultz, Assistant Vice President Bank Card Risk Manager and Nicki Gray, Assistant Vice President Bank Card Operations Manager.
