As a member of the Rose Hill Bank Advisory Board, Mr. Stafford will not only function as vital link between the Bank and the community, but will also help bring a fresh perspective to the strategic direction of the Bank. “We rely on our Advisory Board members for their insights and objectivity in helping us deliver greater value to our customers,” explained Rose Hill Bank President Roger Kepley. “Ultimately having access to the kind of high quality advice they can offer helps us do what we do better.” First Bank Announces Employee Promotions First Bank’s management announces the promotion of several existing employees to new positions within the bank. Wesley McClellan has been promoted to Manager of the Dillon Branch and is responsible for lending, deposit accounts, supervising staff and day to day branch operations. McClellan joined First Bank in 2014, and worked as a teller and Dillon Branch Assistant Manager before being promoted to Manager. McClellan attended Owens Community College in Ohio and Hutchinson Community College. He is a member of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters advisory board, a member of the Newton Lions Club, and serves on First Bank’s Health First Committee. McClellan will assume the position of second vice president of the Newton Lions Club in July. Nichole Tindall received a promotion to Assistant Branch Manager. She assists with daily operations and staff management at the South Kansas branch in Newton. Tindall began her employment with First Bank in 2015, as a teller. She attended Iowa Lakes Community College and is currently attending Fort Hays State College. Tindall is a member of St Mary Catholic Church. Tracy Jones joined First Bank in 2015, as Assistant Manager of the Hesston Branch, assisting with daily operations and staff management. Jones attended Hutchinson Community College and Dodge City Community College. She currently serves on the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Cooks and Corks and Brew Masters event committees. Jones is a member of Hesston Mennonite Brethren Church, serving on the Hospitality Committee and teaching Children’s Church. Independently owned and operated, First Bank is the oldest bank in Harvey County, founded in 1873. The bank currently operates 4 locations and 11 ATMs in Harvey County.
