The KBA Leaders Panel challenged the class to find ways to participate in the KBA and benefit the banking industry. Ted Garnett explains in a group exercise that accuracy is important in any team’s communication. Blindfolded, the class uses communication to try to form a square with rope. The BLOK class wrote down goals in an exercise called, “I am becoming a leader who…” that they could take back to their banks.
