McReynolds began part-time work at the bank in 1968 and was offered full-time employment in 1972. He worked for his father and alongside his mother as he gained experience in every department over the years. He will serve as the branch manager in Lincoln until his official retirement on December 29th. The President & CEO is Larry Ellington and the main bank is in Kearney, MO. The branch manager in Bonner Springs is Paul Bush.
