These Kansas bankers were selected based on demonstrated leadership skills that benefit both their banks and their communities. Congratulations to these outstanding individuals! PROCHNOW EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP Scholarship recipients to the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison receive $1,500 per year for each year of attendance at the school. PAULA STEPHENS Fidelity Bank, Wichita Paula is assistant vice president and senior financial analyst, having been employed by Fidelity Bank for 11 years where she provides extensive general ledger, financial and variance analyses. She will be completing her participation in Fidelity Bank’s Key Talent Program and is currently a CPA candidate. Paula is active in the Wichita community serving as treasurer for the Faraday Foundation, Plymouth Congregational Church, and Plymouth Endowment Foundation. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP Scholarship recipients to the Human Resource Management School receive $1,050 towards tuition. EVA WISE Country Club Bank, Kansas City At Country Club Bank, Eva is responsible for benefit plans and administration of the bank’s HRIS system, as well as employee relations and recruitment. She holds both a PHR and SHRM- CP certification and is pursuing the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation. Eva is involved with Kansas City Corporate Challenge, an annual event that promotes employee fitness and recreation while benefitting the Kansas City Metro Special Olympics. 2018 SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS
