Kyle Nation joins First National Bank of Hutchinson Kyle Nation joins First National Bank of Hutchinson as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer, based at The First’s Goddard location. Prior to joining The First, Nation most recently worked for Valliance Bank in Oklahoma City, OK as a Vice President and Commercial Lender. He has also held a number of positions in the banking industry as a result of his experience at Bank of Oklahoma and JP Morgan Chase. Nation earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Communications, from the University of Washington. He also earned a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from Keller Graduate School of Management. Prior to moving to Kansas, he was involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, a volunteer at the Regional Food Bank of OKC, and an education facilitator with Neighborhood Housing Services. Death Notice Don Steffes passed away on May 24 at the age of 88. Don was President of McPherson Bank and Trust. He was President of the KBA Board in 1984-85 and served in the Kansas Senate from 1992 – 2000. Briefly ... continued
