TJWilson, Kansas Ag Bankers (KAB) Division President TJ Wilson is Market President at Morrill & Janes Bank and Trust Co., Hiawatha, where he has worked since October 2014. Prior to that he was employed as Community Bank President at Union State Bank in Horton. He graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is a graduate of Barret School of Banking. Wilson has served on the Kansas Ag Bankers Board since 2010. TJ and his wife, Paige, live in Hiawatha and have three daughters, Allarie (9), Kamrie (7) and Landrie (18 mos.). In his free time, Wilson enjoys golfing, farming, traveling and coaching baseball and softball. Janice Peters, Trust Division President Janice Peters serves as Vice President & Trust Officer of Guaranty State Bank & Trust Co. in Beloit, where she has worked since 1984. Peters earned an Administrative Assistant Certificate from Fort Hays State University. She is also a graduate of the KBA/NBA School of Trust & Financial Services and Advanced Trust School, ABA National Trust School, and is a graduate of KBA’s Bank Leaders of Kansas (BLOK) program. Peters has been active in the KBA with service on the Trust Division Board, Education & HR and Federal & State Affairs Committees. Peters serves as Secretary/Treasurer on the Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems Endowment Board. She is married to husband Larry, and together they have two children, Stefanie and Matthew, and four grandchildren. In her spare time, Peters enjoys reading, traveling, outdoor activities, and playing with her grandkids. Sara Girard, KBA-Young Bank Officers of Kansas (YBOK) Division President Sara Girard serves as President of Central National Bank, where she has worked since 2005. The bank is headquartered in Junction City and has locations in Kansas and Nebraska. Girard earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Kansas State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa. She is active in her church and children’s school and sports. She serves on the Auburn-Washburn Foundation Board in Topeka and Geary County Perinatal Coalition Board in Junction City. Sara and her husband, Nathan, live in Topeka and have two children, Austin and Ella. Dennis Zimmerman, Special Appointment Dennis Zimmerman serves as Senior Vice President-Capital Markets Group at Commerce Bank in Kansas City, where he has been employed since 2015. Prior to that he was Director of Investments and ALM at Sunflower Bank in Salina. Zimmerman earned a Bachelor of Business and Economics Degree from Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina and is a graduate the KBA/NBA Schools of Banking, and The School of Banking Fundamentals. He has been actively involved in KBA through his service on the Bank Management Committee. Dennis and his wife Christina reside in Leavenworth and have three sons, Devon, Mason and Gavin. Zimmerman enjoys home improvement projects, hunting and fishing in his free time.
