He serves as a staff attorney and compliance auditor for the KBA and its subsidiary, Kansas Bankers Consulting Services, LLC. Dylan has been with the KBA since 2016, is licensed to practice law in the state of Kansas and holds designations as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and an Accredited ACH Professional. Prior to coming to the KBA, Dylan attended Washburn University School of Law and worked for a Topeka-based financial institution. Bobby Young, JD, was promoted to vice president of the KBA. He joined the KBA in 2015 and serves as a staff attorney, specializing in assisting member banks with human resources and information technology. Bobby also holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and is licensed to practice law in both the states of Kansas and Missouri. Prior to joining the KBA, Bobby attended Washburn University School of Law. Bobby also has extensive experience working with businesses and non-profits in Kansas. Neal Barclay was promoted to assistant vice president of the KBA. He joined the KBA in 2017 and serves as a compliance specialist and compliance auditor for Kansas Bankers Consulting Services, LLC. Neal holds designations as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and an Anti-Money Laundering Professional. Neal came to the KBA with over 30 years of banking experience. Jeff Narron was promoted to assistant vice president of the KBA. He joined the KBA in 2018 and serves as a Compliance Specialist and Compliance Auditor for Kansas Bankers Consulting Services, LLC. Jeff holds designations as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, an Accredited ACH Professional, and a Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer.
