KBA Announces 2026 BLOK Class

Celebrating its 20th year, the Bank Leaders of Kansas (BLOK) Program continues to shape the future of Kansas banking leadership. Coordinated by the Kansas Bankers Association, BLOK equips emerging leaders with the tools and knowledge to make a lasting impact on the industry.

This program focuses on four key goals:

  • Deepen understanding of KBA’s structure and governance, including programs, services and advocacy efforts.
  • Build awareness of legislative processes at both state and federal levels, encouraging active engagement in protecting Kansas banking interests.
  • Explore the role of regulatory agencies and their interaction with KBA to strengthen industry compliance and collaboration.
  • Enhance leadership and communication skills through targeted training and professional development, preparing participants for future volunteer leadership roles.

This year’s class brings together 19 talented bankers from across Kansas for four intensive sessions designed to develop strong advocates and effective leaders. The first session kicked off Feb. 3-5 in Topeka, featuring the 2026 BLOK Academy and the Harold A. Stones Government Relations Conference.

Thank You, 2026 BLOK Sponsors!
